Hello,
I bought a second hand macbook from a friend. A weeks later the hard drive went, so I have now replaced it, however, my friend can't find the discs for me. Is there anyway I can still get mac os 10 for it without buying it, as it came with it originally? My brother has just bought a brand new macbook which comes with the discs for mac os 10, but if I try using that, won't it already be licenced to him and tehrefor not work? Any help would be really appreciated.

Please help.
Thanks,
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
